Can't Download Offline Maps (K2)

I'm trying to setup my newly acquired Karoo 2 and I'm having trouble downloading the offline maps I need to ride in Brazi, where I live. When I click on "Offline Maps" on the Settings page, it loads for a little while and goes back to the Settings page without any type of warning.

I've tried connecting to two different WiFi and to my phone via personal hotspot, but still wasn't able to download any map. I was able to sync a route I created on Hammerhead's dashboard on my computer's browser, but it says "Map Unavailable" on the unit, and when I hit "Download Map" it tries to load but nothing really happens again.

  @Vitor: We are extremely sorry for the trouble that you have encountered.
  If you are setting up the device for the first time, you may skip that part and download the offline maps, from the Settings menu.
  
  I tried downloading the Offline map of Brazil and it is working as expected. As the issue looks specific to this unit, could you turn off your Karoo 2 and turn it ON again and see if you are able to access the Offline map section under Settings and download the Offline map of Brazil?
  
  If the issue still persists, we suggest you perform a factory reset on your Karoo 2 under the "Settings" App and see if that fixes the issue or not. If none of these steps didn't resolve the issue, please let us know. We can look further into the issue and sort this out for you.

  If you see a spinner corresponding to the Offline map region after you tap to download it, it means the Offline map is downloading or the Karoo 2 is processing the data. It will take some time to complete and you will be able to use it once it gets completed.

  Hi @Hari. Thank you for the quick reply!

  After waiting for a while I was finally able to see the maps on the routes I've created, so I guess it downloaded the offline maps.

  I've recorded a short video of the problem I'm having when trying to access the Offline Maps under Settings: https://tinyurl.com/bdf3msp8. Is that normal?

  I just had the same issue, but I did note that the unit was downloading a system update in the background. Perhaps it can't access both the update and the offline maps concurrently? In my case the maps turned up once the update download was complete. Not 100% on this though...
