Have you tried to replace the battery?

Is the heart rate monitor using ANT+ or Bluetooth? Did you enable the right switch for one these protocols on the sensors configuration page?

Thanks, Michiel, for chiming in here. Those are the right question to ask.

I must also share that, the HRM pod depletes the battery faster it left plugged from the strap - so it's a possibility that the battery needs replacement.

Ali, I didn't know that! I always remove the pod from my sweaty strap at the end of a ride. Good to know.Cheers.

Do any lights on the monitor light up when you put it on? A red light should flash to indicate heartbeat detected and a blue light indicates the HRM is detectable for pairing.

@Ali, you wrote that leaving the pod unplugged from the strap depletes the battery faster — this does not make any sense and is also the opposite of what is written in the manual: https://support.hammerhead.io/hc/en-us/articles/1260803482709-Hammerhead-Heart-Rate-Monitor, which says to disconnect the pod (at least one button) to preserve battery life.

Thanks for the correction, Stanley. I edited my words and I actually meant 'Plugged'.
