Sync workouts from intervals.icu to Karoo

Wouldn't it be great if you could sync your workouts from intervals.icu to your Karoo device? Well, the latest firmware update allows for that now so I've updated my karoosync app on GitHub to do exactly that.

Details are on GitHub but in short, all you need is Python3 and pip, after that you can run the app as follows:

pip install karoosync
karoosync

A config file will be created where you have to add your intervals.icu & Hammerhead dashboard credentials along with the date(s) you want the events for, after that run the app again and you should see them pop up in the Hammerhead dashboard.

Keep in mind the current version only creates workouts, it won't overwrite them so you'll end up with duplicates if you run the app multiple times for the same date(s).

  I wish we could easily get FIT files from rides sent to Intervals.icu rather than having to download the files and re upload them.

  be interesting to see / use Intervals.icu as the fitness calc on the Karoo the way Garmin shares relative fitness at the beginning and end of activities.

  We added the ability to connect your Intervals.icu account. Go to Dashboard to connect your account and automatically upload your rides and sync your daily workouts.
