It is not possible to do that directly from Karoo OS. However, you can install an android application as sideloads and mirror your Karoo screen on your computer. Officially, we can promote the steps on how to do that - but you may be able to find online articles with step by step instructions on how to do that. One such tool that we use is Vysor.io

I love the Karoo 2 display but during an indoor training session driven by the Karoo 2, I'd prefer to monitor my training numbers on a large computer display.
I got it working and it works pretty nicely with minimal latency. Here are the instructions that worked for me.
Mirror Karoo 2 Display to Mac with Vysor
- Enable Developer Mode and USB Debugging in Karoo 2
- "Settings" app —> "About"
- Scroll down to "Build Number" —> Tap it 7 times
- Back to the Settings Menu —> "Developer Options".
- Toggle the button ON.
- Developer Options is now enabled.
- Enable USB Debugging in Karoo 2
- Connect Karoo 2 to Mac via USB-C Cable
- MacOS Prompt: “Allow accessory to Connect”
- Open Vysor in Chromium-based browser
- Open https://app.vysor.io --> Installs the Vysor APK on the Karoo 2
- Click on “Connect to USB Device”
- Click on Play button
- Connects to the Karoo 2
- Zoom in/out to fit properly on Mac display
