Was wondering the same. Only a few days after the previous version so maybe just bug fixes?

Hello, I don't know what they did, but since this update I've lost the media player controls and sometimes my ride doesn't save!

That’s odd. I used mine this morning on an indoor workout. I have the media control (Apple Music) and it saved ok. Sorry to read you had trouble.

I've been having a lot of problems since the last update. I just realized today that the screensaver isn't working anymore. When I activate it, the screen turns off after 15 seconds (my setting), but then when it turns back on, for example when changing direction, it doesn't turn off. It's starting to get really annoying. I just bought it to replace my Garmin, which I had no problems with... This GPS is great to use, but if it's full of bugs, I don't see the point. Do you know if there's a way to reset it to try and get it working properly again? Thanks.

That´s odd having a new software update since 17th december, people doing the update and reporting issues and hammerhead not answering about it...even odd is the new update not being shown on the Software Release Notes! What is happening here? We hope someone from hammerhead responding this soon (yesterday was already late!)

@Gerard van Rijn Thanks for the video. I misspoke; I saw that a hard reset could be done in the menus. What I wanted to do was a soft reset, like on Garmin devices, which allows you to completely reboot the device without initially erasing the data. While browsing the Hammerhead website, which I find extremely well-designed with a wealth of information, I discovered that holding down the POWER button for 20 seconds can reboot the device. So I did that, and yesterday during a test ride, all the features came back (media player, battery save, etc.), and there were no problems recording my ride. So, to be continued... I'll keep you posted on my next rides.
@Tiago Miranda I opened a ticket with Hammerhead and they replied quickly. The latest update fixed a minor notification bug, so they didn't think it was necessary to include it in the "Software Release Notes." Thanks everyone for your comments/information, happy holidays!

    Hi everyone,

Thank you, Simon, for stepping in and sharing additional details.

The latest software update, Build 1.606.2312.20, was a limited release that focused solely on resolving a specific issue related to phone notifications(Karoo only). No other functional changes or feature updates were intended as part of this release.

Because of its limited scope, this build has not yet been reflected in the public Software Release Notes section. We understand how this may have caused some confusion, and we appreciate your feedback.

    Hi John,
I have created a ticket for you and will be assisting you further. Since the issue that was fixed affected the entire notification flow, not just specific categories, I will be investigating this further.
