FIT workout File Cadence Target Issues

Is anybody else having issues with FIT workout files not showing cadence targets? At first I thought it was an issue with intervals.icu workout integration but I downloaded the workout from intervals.icu as a FIT file and uploaded directly to Hammerhead and it still did not support the cadence targets. I then tried downloading the intervals.icu workout in ZWO format and uploaded to Hammerhead directly and it then worked with cadence targets. It appears the issue is with FIT workout files somehow not working properly for cadence targets on Hammerhead. Is anybody else experiencing this issue?
