Search function when navigating to new POI

Love my Karoo 2, but there is one thing that I am missing. During a ride when I want to navigate to a new POI, the only way is to drag the map and pinpoint the location on that map. It would be fantastic if it would be possible to search for an address or location and the navigate to the found POI via the search function. It seems that all the needed screens/logic is on the device, but it would be great to combine the search function (available when creating a new route) with the navigate to POI function. Currently in the navigate to POI you would need to look up a cafe on Google Maps and then move the map on the Karoo to that location to be able to navigate to that POI, which seems a bit inefficient. Thanks for your consideration.

  Thanks for those lovely links, but if you would have read my question, it is about a search functionality, rather than the current functionality on the Karoo 2 where you move the map to your POI.

  So the request is for a type search for a POI to navigate to.
