K2 pairing with Giant RideSence sensor possible?

I tried to pair the Giant RideSence but it didn't come up on the pairing screen. Is it compatible with the K2?

  Hi Ab, These sensors are supported on the Karoo 2 and we have several users using them. May I know if you have installed the magnets properly? Also, did you try on the BLE as well as ANT+?
