    Hi Mathew, I looked at your device logs and seems the signal received from the ROTOR to Karoo 2 is pretty bad, towards unusable. Now this could be a ROTOR problem, as we have seen with other users or it could be the Karoo 2 itself. In which case, we will first try and replace the Karoo 2 unit for you, if that doesn't work - we would request you to follow up with the ROTOR support. Could you please share the latest FIT file of your ride and the device SN in an email to support@hammerhead.io?
