Karoo 2 Not Syncing All My Pinned Routes From RidewithGPS

I'm trying to get all of my pinned routes downloaded to my K2 from my RidewithGPS account. I've done this successfully several times previously, but not tonight - It fetches all but one of the pinned routes [wierd]. I've tried syncing several times on dashboard and, each time, it is a different route that doesn't download [wierd 2]. I've also tried logging out of my account and logging in again - No change

  No response as yet... This may seem a trivial issue, but it will be serious enough when I set out on my 10-day tour of northern Poland later this year, and need all of my routes to be available

  9 routes pinned on my RidewithGPS account. 9 routes showing on my Hammerhead dashboard. 8 [eight] routes appearing on my device...

  Can anyone suggest what I'm doing wrong?

  Hey Geoffrey,

  Thank you for posting this and sharing your observations! 

  We have been able to identify this bug & I can assure you that the fix for this will be rolled out in the next software release. The current workaround would be to change the sorting method on your Karoo ( ie distance, created, Proximity, etc) and you should be able to see all of your 9 routes from RideWithGPS. 

  Here is a video that demonstrates the bug and the workaround as well :)

  Has this bug resurfaced?  Until the recent updates I could hit refresh and import newly pinned rides from RwGPS into the dashboard.  Tried several times this morning without success.  Thanks!

  Ditto. I've been off my bike a few weeks. Just pasted a new route into the dashboard. It's not syncing with my Karoo. I tried loading it a second time into the dashboard, so now I have it as a favorite and a regular. Still nothing.

  Fixed it. For some reason my Karoo wasn't logged in to the account.
