First check to see if they are talking to the Favero app.
I have the Favero power pedals and a Karoo 2, which worked fine just yesterday. It could be that they never actually paired with you Karoo on that ride. If they don’t pair, the sensor (pedal) will be gray versus black or green. (You can see the sensors on the sensor list even if they are not paired for that ride.) I have that problem every once in a while. Normally, I use my Karoo 2 to do the calibration zero out (and the crank length changes when I change bikes) before every ride. It is my way to make sure they are talking to each other. There was also a pedal firmware update the other week, which should not be a factor, but you never know. I suggest charging up your pedals, give your pedals a spin to wake them up, select the pedal on the sensor list to see if they are (or the last time they were) were paired. After a few minutes (and spin the pedals again) and if they don’t pair, reload, and/or delete and reinstall the pedal sensor on your Karoo 2.

Thanks for the tips. Firmware is up to date and the pedals have paired (green). Pedals are fully charged and awake. Calibration also completed.

Let me ask you, when the pedals are actively sending power data what color does the pedal flash?

    Thanks.

That I don’t know. As far as I know, they only flash red when they are awake.
