Karoo (3) not telling me I am off track (and somehow keeps navigating ...)

I head a strange issue yesterday (first navigation in a long time, on latest update, Feb 6): I followed a route and at some point wondered if I should not have left the current route some minutes ago. However, there was no turn message or so. I went to the map page and realized that I had left the track/route (like one km ago), but the Karoo was not showing this (I typically gives me an off-route warning and the navigation turns red instead of yellow). Anyone else having had this recently? I can probably only check on the next weekend (due to work).

  Please ignore, this was user error (I was on the wrong profile, where re-routing is disabled by default).
