Rides not syncing to Hammerhead app
Have been using K3 for almost two years and starting late last year I've had lots of problems with rides not syncing to the app (and to Strava). I can go into the ride on the unit and click upload and on the app it shows the ride sync in process and completing but... it never shows up in the list of rides. Any help is appreciated as this is getting very annoying. FYI - both device and app have current version and were both rebooted.

I've got the exact same problem and have been trying to sort through it with support the last couple days. My rides used to always sync to the phone just fine. Its not a connection problem because the app shows its connected to the device and it shows the ride uploading and then gets to "Upload Complete". But the ride never shows up on the phone app. Now when I get home the Karoo will sync the ride over Wifi but it sucks when you're out of town doing rides. I was on a recent trip and kept having to wait till I got back to the hotel to log into their Wifi to get my rides to Strava. I've done all the normal things they recommend like removing and repairing the device to the companion app and rebooting both devices. I'm a software developer I can recognize a bug.
