Karoo 2 crashed mid ride
AnsweredJust about finished a ride a good ride with a couple of PR's recorded and I looked down at my Karoo 2 as I was coming to end of my ride and it was blank with just the Hammerhead logo and frozen. I had to reboot and it seems all of my ride data from current ride is gone. Any way to get that data back? Also, running the most recent software and curious if there's any reason this thing crashed and if there's a fix so it doesn't happen again?

Mine didn't crash, but froze. We stopped for several minutes waiting for a slower rider and the screen went blank, as usual to save battery. When I continued to ride the screen came back on, but wasn't recording anything. I was able to stop the ride up to that point and save it. I started a new ride (but didn't power off in between) and it was still stuck. A couple of miles later it suddenly sprang into life and recorded normally. It was as though it had lost the satellites. Not sure how that would have happened as we were up high at that point with no trees or other obstructions. So, is it possible it loses satellites when paused for several minutes? I haven't seen this problem before. I'm running the most recent software version.

@Justin: From your message, it seems that your Karoo 2 shutdown abruptly mid-ride. Could you write to us at support@hammerhead.io with the following details and we will do our best to recover the ride if it is available on the server?
> Exact date and approximate time this issue happened.
> Serial number of your Karoo 2. It will be available on the backside of the Karoo 2.
> Did you use any hardware buttons when this issue happened?
> What were the temperature conditions? Was it too cold?
@Roger: Could you please share the Ride URL of the affected ride from the Dashboard at support@hammerhead.io and the serial number of your Karoo 2?
