Most of my maps downloaded. Two, Gr. Britain and Italy were flagged with an "unknown error". I cancelled GB and retried Italy but it failed again. What is the fix?

  Similar problem here! Map downloads broke off and maps were not showing any more, so I deleted and re-downloaded all of them. Still, there's no map display at all.

  The Italy map downloaded on the third attempt without flagging an error. I haven't tried GB again because I won't need it in the foreseeable future.
