Do the Karoo1 and Di2 8100 pair successfully?

Hey gang,

I'm about to buy a new bike with the new 12 speed Di2 8100 groupset with built in wireless.

Will my Karoo 1 pair with it?

  Hi Jeff, yes you should be able to connect it to the Karoo 1, given you have the wireless module attached with your Di2 set up, and change the connection type to ANT on the native app on your phone.

  This is a brand new, redesigned Di2 that does not have or require a wireless module, it is built in.

  Hi Jeff, thanks for the note. We haven't tested this specific model but it would be better to get an answer from the community member, who might have used this model with the Karoo. Our understanding is that as long as it has the wireless module and can connect over ANT (not the ANT+ or BLE) - it should work fine.
