  Is it the same for all profiles? E.g. i've got a mtb profile and a race profile. Or can i add a part to mtb profile and when i ride in that profile it only counts the milage for that part?

  If I understand this correctly, you have activate the specific bike in the app before you ride. 

  Limitations

  KXGear does not use the embedded Karoo bike list because the Karoo SDK does not provide a reliable way to obtain the bike selected for the current ride profile, and bike mileage is increased only when a ride is recorded as finished.

  Well it doesn't need to know my bike per se. But it would just track milage per profile.

  I can also add specific bluetooth equipment to a bike profile. So it wont search for my favero race pedals in mtb profile.

  Im not a programmer but guess it could be made like that, or already is, that was my question.

  Unfortunately, when changing the profile, you need to manually activate the bike in the extension.
