Failed factory reset

Hi, my Karoo 2 started to misbehave after latest update. I have attempted full factory reset but screen issues remain. The screen flashes and randomly scrolls and does not respond to most commands. In 'settings' the screen turns black and white and the 'drawers' flash randomly. it is unusable. Factory reset has been tried several times but with the same result.

Is there a firmware update or replacement or is there anything you can suggest?
