Sensors won't connect

I'm on a Karoo 1. I did a factory reset on my computer (from the recovery menu) and now my sensors (bluetooth and Ant+) won't connect. Keep in mind they were connected to my computer before I reset it. The Ant+ sensors don't even appear when I search for them. The bluetooth sensor appears but it just sits and spins saying "connecting". I can connect to all of these on my Garmin. I have since tried multiple factory resets to no avail.

  I have the same problem with my Karoo 2. Master reboots do nothing and they have been paired with this device until a a master reboot.
