How come my Karoo 2 has no saved rides yet it was fine last week, glad it was sent to my Dashboard for me to sync it to Strava. Is this the norm now?

  Hi Gordon, this is strange indeed. Could you please make sure the Karoo is logged into the Hammerhead account under the Settings?
