    Thank you for posting and bringing this to our notice!

    I did follow the steps you mentioned in the post above and I tried reversing the path on our end as well, but I was unable to reproduce this issue. I would appreciate it if you could provide the GPX file for the route where you encountered this issue to support@hammerhead.io.

    I will work with you via email to ensure that we have this diagnosis and find the cause of this occurrence on your Karoo.

    I checked today and It eventually did sync through, but not in time for my ride (despite me having the wifi up during my ride, and the metadata already having been synced).

    Hi All,  "Sync" option on the Karoo 2 was added in the past release. You can find it by clicking on the 3 dots under the routes app. This helps sync starred and pinned routes from 3rd party services connected on the Dashboard.
