Karoo 2 navigation and app pretty much useless

Hello, I am getting more and more frustrated with my Hammerhead Karoo 2 and the Companion App.

Companion App:

- I constantly have to login again and again but I never stay logged in. Tweaking, transferring my routes is impossible on my mobile, I have to do it all on my laptop. The app got pretty much useless.

Karoo 2 navigation:

- turn by turn navigation doesn't work anymore and rerouting doesn't as well. And that's on routes that used to work before some software update or whatever was made worse. I'm stuck on "preparing route" all the time 

I tried all the suggested things I could find online:

- make sure to start navigation when outside the house

-reinstalled all maps and reimported my routes

- I even did a hard factory reset and reapplied the firmware add-ons

It all doesn't work, it's incredible frustrating and feels like Hammerhead or SRAM gave up on the Karoo 2, which makes me feel like a joke as a customer.

Has anyone else these issues or knows how to solve it?

And @Hammerhead/SRAM: please fix your app and firmware! It's really so annoying and it makes me want to go back to Garmin. Their stuff at least works 90% of the time.
