Any extension which shows the upcoming Elevation Graph profile without a route and not being a climb?

It doesn't work without a pre-loaded route because Hammerhead hasn't made that function available to developers yet.Roadmap and Upcoming Features (Free-Ride Mode)
The next big milestone in ALTGRAPH's development is Real-Time Altimetric Generation (Free-Ride Mode). Currently, the extension requires loading a route (GPX) to obtain the profiles. As soon as Hammerhead releases and enables access to imminent elevation data in its SDK for external developers, ALTGRAPH will generate the 3D graph and all its tactical metrics on the fly, without needing a loaded track. You'll be able to explore freely, and the mountain will draw itself in front of you in real-time.
At AltGraph, we have the extension ready for when Hammerhead releases the feature. In the meantime, I invite you to install AltGraph 1.0.5 as well as KarooTopoMap.

I have sideloaded Very 1.0 from GitHub. Verr 1.05 will only sideload Ver 1.0 when it actualy hits the Karoo. I found the tabs to be easy to navigate, although mix of languages on the screen makes reading and understanding a challenge. Upon selecting ELITE, it asks for an License Key to access features (and presumably access Ver 1.05. What is not clear, either in GitHub, the extension, or the website, is how the Licence can be obtained. Though feedback might be of use. Meantime I will test the AltGraph Extension on next ride. Looks good graphically I must say.

Regarding your comments, I’ve just updated the repository with a newly compiled APK to fix the issues you mentioned:

Version confusion (Sideloading issue): You actually had version 1.0.5 successfully installed from the beginning! However, there was a visual bug in the app's code that was "hardcoded" to always display an old version string on the screen (v0.7.0/v1.0). I have fixed this, and the app will now properly read and display the correct version you have installed (1.0.5). (Note: If you still have trouble sideloading the new file over the old one, simply uninstall the extension from your Karoo first, and then sideload the newly downloaded APK).

Mix of languages: You were totally right. Some UI elements (like the tabs) were hardcoded in Spanish in the source code, causing them not to translate even if your Karoo was set to English. I have completely refactored the localization files. The app is now fully bilingual and will properly display 100% in English for you.
