Keep getting signed out of companion apl

I keep getting signed out of the Hammerhead companion app. Able to sign back in but not a good experience. Running iOS 27.

  I've been talking to support about a similar (maybe the same) issue.  Also iOS 27.  In my case the app will disconnect from the karoo (3) during the ride.  The only way to get it back is to force quite the app and restart it

  Yeah, I'm on Android, it's buggy AF. Always signing me out. End up in a doom loop logging back in. Force quit, same problem. Can be in the middle of nothing and it will sign me out. Can be in the process of downloading a .fit and it will happen then. No pattern to it.
  And just to add, when I force quit, and fire it back up, it starts up instantly - far too fast had it properly shutdown.

  Seems to happen when app comes out of suspend. Closing the app and relaunching it also restores functionality. No need to sign back in. Do not recall having this issue before iOS 27
