Karoo Not Navigating or Saving Ride

If I turn of the screen or use auto pause, my map stops updating and my arrow stops moving. The miles and elevation continues to update, but the map does not. When I try to save the ride, it just spins and says saving ride for up to 10 minutes, and I have to turn it off. It does not save the ride. Also, sometimes even without using auto pause or turning the screen off, it will go to the home screen and when I try to start the ride again, the same thing as above happens, And I cannot save the ride. I have done the most recent update.
