No internet connection
AnsweredSwitched my Karoo 2 on for the first time in a while. It is connected to my wifi and has a sim card as well.
No matter what I do, I keep seeing a no internet connection message. I am, therefore, unable to create or download routes created via RWGPS.
Rebooting the device did nothing to fix this. Thoughts?

Both cellular are connected and working (both icons are showing up in the status bar);
I added a ride via RWGPS and pinned it, it appeared in the HH Dashboard and synced to the Karoo
Still, I cannot create a new route on the device itself- Routes--> + sign shows a no internet connection message; location is on but the Karoo won't show my location on the map (message shown is waiting for location);

Can you please record a short video and send it in an email to support@hammerhead.io? Please mention the device id of your Karoo as well. Before suggesting a reset, we would like to see the behavior and try to replicate it on our end.
