Karoo 2 stopped recording speed/elevation. Didnt record most of the ride?

New user here, K2 seemed to stop recording speed/distance and any of the route?

I can see the total distance ridden and the total time of the ride. The speed wasnt working on the ride (mid ride) but the route was showing and the climbing function was working fine

What could be the issue?
