Indoor cycling specific settings

There should be a setting per profile to indicate that the profile is used for Indoor Cycling. If set, I would like the following to happen:

-GPS turned off
-ANT+ Light Control turned off
-Rides uploaded to Strava should be set to Sport: Virtual Ride

  Hey Roy, we have this feature coming up in the next software release. You might see changes to the GPS setting in the first installment of this improvement request.

  Ali: Thanks, I see the new Indoor setting in the latest update. But I would also really like to see that you disable ANT+ Lights control in a future update. Right now, when starting a Indoor ride, my lights turn on.
  
  Also, if Indoor is selected, please consider setting the ride type to Trainer by default on the save ride page.

  This feature is mislabeled. Some crucial parts have been omitted.
