    Hi All,

    Just an update on your query: We’ve fixed an issue on the latest software version from May 19th with Karoo 2 that could cause it to reboot itself in the middle of a ride. Please check the system update from under the settings on your Karoo.

    Thanks for posting! We are sorry to hear about your recent experience with the Karoo, We have had a few other riders report the same behavior on the unit and we are presently collecting reports to understand the root cause of the issue.

    The communication from Hammerhead on this isn't the best... Is there a new software update from the normal 2 week cadence that fixes the issue? Shruti reported the issue is fixed and I don't understand how I can take advantage of this fix.

    Yes the software version from May 19th addresses one of the root cause that leads to reboot of the whole unit mid-ride.
