    Hi Joe, we are actively working on this case as highest priority. Karoo rebooting on its own is not pleasant for us to hear as well.     I just sent my fit file and screenshots to support. Hope this helps. In the meantime, I'm recording my rides on my phone as a backup. If this keeps up, I may have to switch to a Garmin.
