hammerhead websites don't work via phone

Hi,

After opening support.hammerhead.io/hc/en-us on my phone (android) I see a screen with no Community topics.

I can choose for General discussion, Tips & Troubleshooting, Explore Knowledge Base, and the different FAQ pages on the main page.

When choosing for:

1) community in the dropdown menu I don't see any post in the community sections.

2) dashboard in the dropdown menu I see a popup for cookies, after accepting webpage remains blank.

3) submit a request in the dropdown menu I cannot finish the process since the obligated fields Product and Country have no box to fill in.

4) help articles in the dropdown menu works fine.

On my Windows laptop (Google chrome browser) all above pages are accessible and working fine.

I found the reason: cookies were blocked for the sites.
Everything works fine now.
