A lot of starred Strava segments not showing up

I used to have them all pop up, now the majority don't seem to.

Is there a limit of starred segments? are there conditions where it won't prompt the Live Segment?
Happening to anyone else?

  I only get 1 of 32 starred segments show up. I have now canceled Strava premium.

  If the segment has an overall downhill grade (even just -0.1%) then they don't sync with devices.

  We do not sync downhill segments to devices for Strava Live Segments. Please keep in mind that our system recognizes even the slightest negative grade so there may be segments that display a 0% grade that is considered downhill and therefore will not sync to devices.
