inconsistent brightness level

If I set the brightness level in the pull down menue (one right to the display screen) on 15 %, this amount seems not to be stored. When I open this menue again and touch the brightness slider an amount bigger than defined before appears, mostly 20 %. But when I open the settings menue an than the display submenue, appears the amount I defined before, 15 % (it seems to be persistent). That means there are two menues but they show different values. bug or feature? ;-)

I appreciate your sharing this.
In this case, I will undoubtedly assist you. You may see this when you lower the brightness to 15% using the control center's sliding bar. Keep your finger in place on the brightness slider again and you'll notice that it adjusts per where you've placed it. It's possible that the slider shifted during the touch because it's so responsive.
We tried replicating this on our end and we were not able to reproduce the incident. In addition, I also tried checking the brightness on the setting option and was able to see the value sync.

From other platforms I know they open tickets and everyone can see them. On this page tips and troubleshooting mixed to another. A clear separation between between issues and tips I would highly prefer.
Is it possible to give you some screenshots? So you can follow up the brightness issue much easier.
