Dropped Karoo 2 from 2 feet, now wont turn on

Hi, my Karoo dropped 2 feet from my MTB, now it wont turn on. When i connect to charger, it shows logo, then disappears. Does it go into a sleep mode? Should I do a hard reset? Thx

  Hi Ronald, Please try a hard reset and let us know how it goes. If it doesn't help, then please share the serial number of your Karoo with us in an email to support@hammerhead.io.
