Downloaded Fondo Ride with GPS Map-Failed to Record Full Distance

1) I downloaded fondo ride route from Ride with GPS onto my Karoo 2 Followed all the simple steps (based on Hammerhead online instructions and on device). My KAROO 2 only recorded 53.46 miles of the 69 miles ride. 

2) Another problem I noticed was it lost contact/pairing of my Suunto Heart Rate Monitor and Suunto Bike Sensor (which checks my cadence) mid ride on this fondo. Rides after this fondo I always have to check if the sensors are paired. It looks like Karoo 2 has bugs with Suunto sensors.

3) Syncronizing with phone to record ride is almost always regular. It keeps dropping my phone and I always have to set it up.

4) With using Suunto Hammerhead Support should create simple instructions that you have to syncronize your phone first since Suunto records everything on its phone app.
