    Hi Eric, sorry to see that happen. We have started to work on this issues and it might help if you can share the serial number of your Karoo 2 with us on support@hammerhead.io. We would like to investigate some of your rides.

    Could you check if this ride can be found inside the sdcard of your Karoo 2 by connecting to your computer?
