Karoo2 will not sync to strava
AnsweredMy Karoo 2 was purchased within the last 6 months. Initially it would automatically sync to Strava, but over the last few weeks will not do so, even manually. All software updates are current, and disconnecting and reconnecting to strava on the dashboard did not change anything. I asked Hammerhead for help, and they suggested checking updates and other items but none of the suggested items worked.
They have not been responsive to my requests. This is not good service, and I bought this unit to be an upgrade over my 800 series Garmin....but it is not an upgrade at all
I want a new unit. Very disappointed
