Bug: Climber does not follow route

The climber is supposed to follow the route if the option is set, right? I encountered that despite I follow a route, the climber (blue line) leaves the route (from a street into the woods and back) while the route (yellow line) shows the original route.

  Hi Johannes, I am happy to clarify this to you.

  • If Climber is set to off, the Blue lines won't be available on the Route
  • If the Climber is ON, Blue lines for Climbs will be present on the Route.
  • You needs to select "Route only" under "Settings< Climbs" in order to see the Climbs just only on the Route. Otherwise, it will detects a Climb ahead as you ride as per the predictive path technology. 

  Please let me know if this is the case or not.

  Thanks for your reply.

  • Route Only is activated. Only for medium and long climbs is also activated.
  • I cycled a very long mountain pass with a lot of switchbacks. On one point in the route, the blue line left the yellow line literally into the woods and then back onto the route and further along the route. This was only a bit confusing.
  • Maybe I find another occurence within the next days, I'll take you a foto or something like that? I tried to recreate the case but as the route is away from my home, I couldn't manage to do so.
