Can a deleted ride on Karoo 2 be recovered

  Afaik yes, the file should still be on the unit even though it is not uploaded (at least this was the case when I made the same mistake...). You should be able to download the file via USB cable, see https://support.hammerhead.io/hc/en-us/articles/360007012873-Downloading-a-FIT-file-from-Karoo-2-on-a-Mac or https://support.hammerhead.io/hc/en-us/articles/360005925374-Downloading-a-FIT-file-from-Karoo-2-on-a-PC for instructions.
