Hi Rafal, we haven't found any other rider facing this issue. Could you please share the GPX file with our support team in an email to support@hammerhead.io?

Hey Rafal, First of all, we apologise for the inconveniences caused to you.

I was able to reproduce the issue with the same files that you shared. The Navigation got stuck at "Preparing Route" and the Upcoming Elevation is showing "Loading Elevation" for an indefinite period.

We are aware of this issue if the loaded Route is more than 500 kms. This is a Route of length of more than 600 kms. If you are riding with a Route loaded, the maximum distance we recommend for a single Route is 500 kms for the Navigation to work properly. If the Route is more than 500 kms, we suggest you split the Route to into two files and upload it to the Dashboard.

This is one tool you can make use of to split the GPX files:

We expect to make some improvement to this limitation in the future and I have shared your experience with the Product team. We realise this could be frustrating when planning for long trips.

I had no problem with uploading a track from the external gps. But as I wrote before, the track is only displayed, and there are no notifications, there are no elevation plots, and the navigation does not wake up when you turn. POIs marked by me in the dashboard are displayed on the map. Hope you can fix the problem. Regards.

@Rafal: You are correct and this is the same issue that I faced while testing the Routes you shared. This is because of the existing limitation of 500 km for planned Routes and we expect to improve this in the future.
