New User - HX DataSync Has Stopped Error - Rides Won't Upload

I just got my Karoo 2 and went on my first ride. Was really excited with the interface, the device visibility, and it worked great during my ride.
Then I got home, and the ride won't upload at all -- to anything. Not to the Hammerhead Dashboard, not to any of my synced apps.
I got an HX DataSync Service has stopped error, followed by an OfflineRegion-Service has been stopped error.
I did a second ride, just a short 1.5k stroll around my neighborhood... and got the same errors again.
I've been really keen to use this as an "upgrade" to the Wahoo Bolt I've been using, but I've literally never had an issue uploading with the Bold--it just works-- and my first two tries at the Karoo both failed.
Any thoughts?

Hi Sean, I am really sorry to hear about this experience. Not to worry, we can help you to sort this out. I see that you have already opened a ticket with us and we will troubleshoot the issue for you.
Since there are multiple rides that I can see from your device synced to the server, could you share the Ride URLs of few affected rides as a follow-up to the ticket that you have already created with us? Since you have done 4 rides after reporting this issue, did you encounter this same issue on these rides?
