Esclamation Point
AnsweredMy Karoo2, does not connect with my apps and with the Dashboard.
Is it possible it is related to the esclamation point on the upper left corner? Please see attached pic
Is it an error icon and how do I resolve it?

I think the icon next to the exclamation point is the missed call indicator which seems awfully strange. Have you tried checking the system notifications (swipe down from the top and go to the first page (alternatively swipe up after swiping down if on older firmware)) to see what they are saying? Worst case, I suppose a factory reset should fix this...

Thank you Anna. Yes, the first icon on the left is clearly a missed call that on a device that does only data is awefully odd.
I could care less about that icon though. Somebody called that number by mistake and I didn't answer, obviously.
Any insights instead on what I care about? The esclamation point?

Hi Luigi,
The 'i' icon is for the notification pending to be read, it is possible that you are logged out of your Hammerhead account under the settings. That is the possible reason for Karoo not connecting to your app.
