Karoo 2 Powers down and will not charge

Hi Can someone help.

My Karoo 2 suddenly wont charge and have tried another cable.

The green charging symbol on the main screen will sometimes appear showing 0% for a couple of seconds and then disappears, doesn't come back on  and doesn't charge!

  Hi Steven,

  Did you try and connect it to a computer and see if it charges then? I assume you would not have made changes to the charging brick, but could you please share the specs of charging brick used?
