Display doesn't react on touch
AnsweredToday I used my karro 2 for a new running track. I transferred the route via dashboard to the device and started. Sometime I wanted to reorient and spend a look on my karoo. The display didn't react on any touch. I wasn't able to reach the flying menue or something else. When I stopped the routing I started a new one and the display worked as supposed. One fact could be useful to analyse the issue. I kept the karoo in my pocket throughout the run. During this the route was accidently deleted.
Furthermore occured an isue regarding to gps precsision. When I started the run the position in the map differed about 100 m from reality. It also might be an offset problem in the map.

Hey, Sandromo,
Given the circumstances you described, it seems likely that the Karoo would have locked its touchscreen while it was in your pocket. To unlock it, you must use the Buttons on Karoo 2.
To prevent accidental touches when the Karoo is in your pocket, I recommend turning on the touchscreen lock. Here, you’ll learn everything you need to know about the Karoo 2 - Touchscreen Lock.
Please let me know if that works for your next activity.
