Live Tracking trajectory line NO LONGER showing on map
PlannedHello. So, Live Tracking was working perfectly with a SIM card inserted in my Karoo 2 up until the last software update. I don't know if it's because of a bug in the last software update that it doesn't work anymore but...
It tracks my location BUT the planned route line is not displayed on the map anymore. Do you have any idea why that is and what I could do to fix this? I tried toggling Live Tracking off and back on again twice and that didn't fix the problem. Thanks in advance!

Hi Theo,
We see that you have written to us on our support email address. and we have addressed your concern there. However, let me reiterate it here as well.
You can view the track along with the live tracking only if the route is loaded for the ride. You will not be able to see the track if you do not have the route for the ride. For the track to show up, please ensure the location services on the browser are turned on. Also, try checking the live tracking on a different browser as well. Let me know if still not no route track for the live tracking for your ride with the loaded route.
Meanwhile, try generating another tracking link so check if you still see the issue with the live tracking. It will be really helpful if we can take the conversation to the ticket to ensure your issue is identified and resolved at the earliest.

The route is always loaded for the ride. Location services on the browser are always turned on.
I haven't made any changes there and neither have the other people who suddenly cannot see my track anymore. They can see my location on the map but they cannot see my red track line on the map.
I have also tried regenerating a new tracking link 3 times by toggling Live Tracking off and then back on in Settings but the problem persists.
Everything you're advising me to do has been done already. Why did this suddenly happen? Please help me figure this out. -
I am having the same issue, Theo - this began happening after the last software update for me.
I have loaded the ride, refreshed the link, and every browser that accessed the link had location services on. I am just a dot on the screen, with no route markers, on Chrome & Edge (Microsoft Surface), and Safari & Chrome (iPad & iPhone).
Chrome on Microsoft Surface, for example:
