Descargar ruta desde Connect

¡Buenos días!

Tengo varias rutas guardadas en Garmin Connect, y me gustaría descargar alguna en mi Karoo, pero siempre me da error. Las descargo en fit, y GPX, pero nada, solo me da error como digo. ¿Esto porque es, qué hago mal? Mi ordenador es un Mac Mini.

  Hi Jose, Not all the GPX files are of the same format and that's why some may fail on the Dashboard. We would be interested to see the file in detail, so could you please share the file with us in an email to Support@hammerhead.io?
