Starred Segments and sync to Karoo 2

I did not realise this but any starred live segment in Strava that has greater than - 0.25% downhill will not sync with the Karoo 2 and will not be listed on the Starred Segments page.

  Hi Simon, As per the Strava's limitation and safety rules, downhill segments do not qualify for the leadership board. Hence they are not synced on Karoo 2.
