Karoo OS - Routing Surface Preference

The Routing Preference can be customized for different Ride Profiles.
There are 3 options you can choose from:

• Pavement
• Gravel
• Trail

Open the Profile you want to customize the Routing Preference for.

Under "ROUTING PREFERS", you will see the 3 above mentioned customization options.

The Karoo can alert you of upcoming Surface Changes.
( You may have to turn this feature on under the TbT drawer settings)

You can also select a Routing Preference while creating a Route on the Dashboard.

If there is a different Routing Preference for the Route and the Ride Profile, the Karoo will use this overide algorithm to generate Routes.
