You can update your Weight, FTP, Power, and Heart Rate Zones to your Karoo and Hammerhead Dashboard.
Here are the steps to customise the Training Metrics on your Karoo:
- On the Home screen, click on the "Apps" button.
- Click on the "Settings" app.
- Scroll down till you see and select "Training Metrics".
Select “Power Zones”.
Tap on the text field to enter your FTP value.

You will see Heart Rate Zones and Power Zones here.
Customize the zones as per your preference.

To update your weight, Select “Rider Weight”.
Tap on the text field to enter.
Note: By default, Zones are calculated based on your functional threshold power (FTP) using the Coggan method.
