K2 does not upload to Dashboard
AnsweredThis has not happened in a several months! Logged out of dashboard, signed in to Karoo, WiFi is on and working - last upload was on 10/28, will not upload to Dashboard 10/31. Tried manually uploading with Strava and RidewithGPS to no avail!

Hi Ted, if the user account is same on Dashboard and on Karoo, this should not happen. Do you see any error message when uploading to Strava manually?
If sign out and sign in does not work, could you please share the serial number of your Karoo 2 with us in an email to support@hammerhead.io? We'd like to investigate the issue on your device and account.
