K2 does not upload to Dashboard

    Hi Ted, if the user account is same on Dashboard and on Karoo, this should not happen. Do you see any error message when uploading to Strava manually?

    If sign out and sign in does not work, could you please share the serial number of your Karoo 2 with us in an email to support@hammerhead.io? We'd like to investigate the issue on your device and account.

    I'm having the same issue. I logged out and back in and still nothing. No error appears and the ride doesn't appear on my dashboard.
